About Us

          Reps4Rent is a Canadian Corporation founded by Dianne Jackson, in 2021. In the midst of Covid-19 she found herself unemployed due to its immense negative impact on the travel industry. After speaking to many other travel industry professionals in the same boat, and network of colleagues still working – she saw a gap.  Companies were struggling to bring salespeople back full-time, and these same salespeople wanted to stay in the industry working.

From there, Reps4Rent was created.

Our vision is to become Canada’s largest network of Professional Sales Representatives, enabling our clients to focus on their business while we focus on their events or projects.

Reps4Rent is now owned and run by Dianne’s daugter, Cassandra Jackson – bringing with her 12+ years experience in sales and customer service, and previous Director of Client Success, and Director of Operations Titles.

Gail Lea Scullion

Gail Lea’s career began in Sales back in the 90’s, beginning in the furniture industry and moving on to the automotive sector; two industries which offered her the strong and valuable asset in sales skills.  Gail Lea chose to return to school in 2006 to study travel, graduating top of her class in 2007.   Upon graduating, Gail Lea worked as an inside agent with a very reputable travel agency.  In 2012, she decided to venture out as an independent agent.

By 2016, after working as a travel agent for 9 years, she saw a situation distinct to the Quebec market where there was a serious lack of understanding of the market and culture where many of the events and presentations offered to the Quebec market were lacking in the most important aspect; that being language.

Seeing an opportunity to close the gap, Gail Lea began reaching out, offering her services of event planning as well as interpreter and translator to help cater to the French Travel Agents.

Denise Saunders

Chuck Edwards

Chuck was born and raised in Winnipeg and aside from extensive travel, has always considered Winnipeg as Home Sweet Home. With over 16 years in the travel industry and over 35 years in the Hospitality Industry it is needless to say…Chuck LOVES people!

His travel career includes a monumental Guest Service Award with WestJet and many accolades over the years by both peers and guests. In his most recent role as a BDM for MB/SK with the Globus family of brands, including Avalon Waterways, he was instrumental in maintaining relationships during the challenging time of
the pandemic, offering as much support as possible most often on a personal level.

He still continues with his passion for Hospitality in the music arena as a DJ, Emcee for various events including music

Jay Parker

A veteran of over 30 years in the travel industry, Jay Parker has worked in travel sales in both Canada and the United States with multiple cruise lines, tour operators and airlines. 

Holding various business development positions throughout his career, he has gained wide expertise in agency, group, special interest and university alumni sales of both tours and cruises.

Like many industry salespeople, Jay began his travel career as a travel agent before heading to the high seas to work onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.  Returning shoreside, Jay took on airline reservation and sales positions before rejoining the cruise industry, this time in sales.  Most recently Jay worked as the Key Account Sales Manager-Specialty Markets for the Globus family of brands.
